Villa Meridolio
The two storey Villa Meridolio has a luxurious garden and an outside pool area with comfortable deckchairs.
Inside:
On the ground floor you'll find a very well-equipped kitchen, with a fireplace and a wood stove in addition to a gas stove; a dishwasher, two separate sinks, a coffee machine, a microwave, fridge freezer and a big oven. A large dining table and chairs seating 8/10 guests. A wide range of utensils, serving dishes and other kitchen equipment is available.
There is a very hospitable and luminous living room with a open fireplace. The room open on to the terrace, provided with a dining table and an umbrella, an ideal place for enjoying a glass of wine in front of a magnificent sunset, something unforgettable.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Large room with views over the pool. Double bed with quality mattress. A cot can be added. Sleeps 2 adults.
Bathroom 1: Shower box, toilet, bidet
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: Large room with views over the countryside. External door to small terrace. Double bed with quality mattress, and ensuite facilities. A cot can be added. Sleeps 2 adults.
Bathroom 2: Double sinks, bath with toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
Bedroom 3: double bedroom with private terrace with view over the countryside.
Bedroom 4: Double bed ( 150 cm) with view over the garden. There is a staircase up to the attic with 2 additional single beds.
Bathroom 3: Shower box, toilet, bidet.
Outside:
A big covered patio in front of the garden, provided with dining table for 10 people.
A garden with a built BBQ area, ideal for your grill party!
A 54mq. pool (Depth min1,30m - max 2,40m).
The pool is open approximately from 30th. April until 31th. October.
