Extra charge:

- Damage deposit € 200 ( to be returned at the check out)

- Final cleaning € 100 (€ 70 if there are only two of you)

- Electricity costs.For reasonable use of lights, appliances and air conditioner, the cost is around € 40 per week. We cover the first € 40 per week, and any excess is your responsibility. At the beginning of the stay, we check the meter together, and then check again at end of stay.

- We cover € 100,00 weekly per Dog
